Courses are designed to meet the needs of the learners and we normally carry out a needs analysis to identify the areas to be covered in the course. Typical types of course are:
- Technical Basic: for learners with basic school English who need to learn basic communication skills such as phoning and writing emails in a technical context.
- Technical Intermediate: for intermediate learners with a technical orientation who need to be able to communicate in English with customers and colleagues.
- Technical Advanced: for advanced learners with a technical orientation who need a challenging course to develop their communication skills in areas such as presentations and meetings.
